Otium uses a number of different programs and platforms and there is no set answer to this. Commonly used programs include Keap, HubSpot, Spamkill.co, Klean13, or Make, however we are flexible and can work with many CRMs.

Any accounts created will have specific log-in credentials for your business. We will share any usernames and passwords for accounts created for you via LastPass.

Customized packages and plans are available depending on your needs. If the plan currently outlined in your proposal does not work for you, simply let us know and we can work together to build a plan that suits your business best.

At the end of the six-month round, you will have the option to continue working with Otium through one of our graduate packages, Sustain or Scale. Within these programs, you will get another six months of support from the Otium team.

Otium’s packages and plans are priced according to the work that needs to be completed and the time it will take to complete that work. Technology and subscriptions are separate as these differ depending on your business needs. Also, you own your technology accounts event after your program with Otium ends.

Otium wants you to get useful automations that have a positive impact on your business as quickly as possible. While our programs are delivered in 6-month rounds, we will work together to select one specific objective to delivery within the first 30-days.

Otium has a team of professionals who have been using these services and tools for many projects and are well versed in them. By working with Otium, it will take less time to build your automations than it would on your own. We also build a lot of automations, so we have standards, best practices and quality assurance processes to build into each configuration.
